I have been training for a Marathon and my ITBS and knees were giving me a problem. I have used the stick before and after every run the last two weeks and it has helped with the ITBS problem the most. It really works my leg muscles where it matters most. Great tool!
My husband has used it for massaging the muscles near his shins...they have been pretty tight. He feels better!

So easy to use. Just roll over muscles, find points of soreness and gently rub over the area with the rollers. It feels just like a masseuse is rubbing out the knots and trigger points.
Your legs feel better straight away. The next day they are recovered. "what sore legs?"
I can now run 20km and the next day run again ! (if I want haha) because my legs recover so well after using "the stick"
There are no Cons with the stick.
I bought this as a $30 odd dollar experiment. Hoping that it would do what a massage would achieve. Now its paid for itself so many times with what I think are better results.

I use the Massage Stick for sore calves and shins after long runs and it works perfectly! I can work out kinks and sore knots in a few minutes. I would recommend this to anyone with tight spots that need a little kneading to losen up!
