i purchased these because of the numbness in my hands and fingers during intense mtb trail riding.
although i dont expect miracles from them,i am hoping this will reduce the numbeness factor, and can enjoy the trail sessions.

Comments about Ergon Ergon GR2 Large Magnesium Standard Mountain Bike Grips:

Got for a long offroad ride (75 miles) and have a history of hand numbness in such conditions. They were very comfortable.

Not hard to install but some instructions would have been nice to know it was done correctly; if loose it would be a safety concern.

Slightly longer bar ends would have been better for my hands (I think there are some other models with that).

I would say durable - survived an endo where the handlebars plowed into the ground.
